Comme je le dis dans la vidéo et comme j'essaie de le montrer dans ma petite BD le moral n'est pas bon.

As I mentionned in the video, and tried to show in my little comics the moral is low.

Je trouve que le Japon avait très bien fait de fermer les écoles en 2020.

I think Japan was right to close the schools in 2020.

On ne savait pas grand chose de la maladie et je me rappelle qu'en 2019 en décembre ma famille a eu la grippe et dans la classe de ma fille il restait 10 enfants qui ne l'avait pas (hécatombe).

We did not know much about the disease and I remember that in December 2019 my family had influenza and only 10 kids were left in her class that did not have it (disaster).

Mais il semblerait que le gouvernement japonais ait décidé que comme peu d'enfants présentent des symptômes alors les écoles peuvent rester ouvertes.

But it seems that the japanese government has decided that as few kids had symptoms then schools can stay open.

Tant pis pour les parents âgés, fragiles, ou les familles qui vivent à plusieurs générations sous le même toit!

Too bad for parents that are older, fragile, or family that live with several generations under the same roof!

Bon on reste en état d'urgence à Tokyo et on limite les sorties...

Well there is still the state of emergency in Tokyo so we limit our outings.

Divorce : Pourquoi j'ai quitté le Japon? Why I left Japan?

Oui tout est dans le titre j'ai quitté le Japon.

Everything is in the title I left Japan.

Après 13 ans là-bas sans rentrer plus d'un mois en France.

After 13 years there without leaving more than a month Japan.

Après 3 ans sans être rentrée en France.

After 3 years withoutgoing back to France.

Me voilà en France avec mes enfants.

Here I am in France with my kids.

Cela fait presque trois mois que je suis rentrée.

Almost three months have past since I have left.

Les gens qui connaissent mon instagram le savent déjà comme j'ai posté quelques clichés pris depuis que je suis ici.

Je me repose, je mange français , je regarde des programmes français, et je m'occupe de mes enfants tranquillement en français.

I am resting , eating French food, watching french TV, and taking care of my kids in France.

Je regarde les infos pour me tenir informer de ce qui se passe au Japon quand même. Depuis que je suis partie, un gros tremblement de terre dans le Kanto, dans le kansai, des intempéries meurtrières, et maintenant une canicule assassine.

I stilll watch the news to know what is happenning in Japan . Since I have left there was a big earthquake in Kanto, in Kansai, deadly rainfalls and floods and now a killer heatwave.

 Je parle a mon mari en ligne comme il est  toujours là-bas et fais ma niaise en parlant à mon lapin centenaire.

I talk to my husband online as he is still there, and I melt talking to my super old rabbit.

Le supérieur de mon mari plaisante que je ne voudrais plus rentrer si je reste quatre mois en France.

My husband's superior jokes that I will never want to come back if I stay four month in France.

Il a demandé une journée pour venir me chercher à mon retour et son supérieur lui a même dit "dans vos rêves!".

He has asked for a day to come pick me up when I come back and the superior said "In your dreams!".

Il n'a pas completement tort!

He is not completly wrong!

J'aurai bien inscrit ma fille à l'école française pour le rentrée de septembre.

I would have loved to enroll my daughter in a French school in September.

Mais la vie en a décidé autrement.

But life happens.

Mes parents sont officiellement divorcés.

My parents are officially divorced.

Mon père a vendu la maison familiale.

My dad sold the family's house.

Je suis en fait dans une maison de location saisonnière.

 I am actually renting a holiday house.

Donc je devrais bien rentrer chez moi à la fin de nos longues vacances.

So I will have to go back home at the end of these long holidays.

Je n'ai pas dessiné, pas pris trop de photos , rien écrit...

I have not drawn, did not take that many pictures, did not write anything.

Juste du repos. 

Just resting.

C’est pour ça que je suis partie.

Traduction : "Donnez moi de la chance petits chatons!" Version Gotokuji au Japon. Les chats de la chance /manekineko sont tellement mignons que l'on se sent chanceux rien qu'en les regardant. Le gros chat fait 5000 yens par contre.

Start vlogging AGAIN?! - Jenna no manga talks

 

Bringing back the vlogs,?! Start vlogging again? Today I will have a small youtube talk about the future of this channel. I made a video explaining why I left Youtube and deleted my videos but it was 20 minutes long and it seems that people did not listen to all of it (who blames them XD). It is not a rant , it is shorter, just talking .



So to sum up this blablabla : the family will not return, I will not show my face in the new videos (it is the reverse face reveal) and sharing Japan should not come in the way of my family enjoying Japan so it cannot be like before. Sorry if I did mislead some people thinking it will return like it used to 😣

Tokyo VS Japanese countryside ?! From a ryokan with ONSEN in the room - Jenna no manga travels

 Vlogging from Hakone after leaving Tokyo. I was blessed to be able to go to the japanese countryside. It is very beautiful and it got me thinking about my life in Tokyo. The room was amazing with a private onsen bath on the balcony. I wish I could go every weeks there.




 To be more specific, there are a lot of things to do with kids in Tokyo but if you use public transportation, you have to avoid rush hour or crowded hours or you will be in for a very unpleasant surprise haha I went to a bus tour and did not realized I would have to ride during rush hour. Most people were nice..most people XD

Learn feelings and emotions in French - an easy French lesson with Jenna no manga

I made this illustrated French language lesson about learning French feelings and emotions. It is an easy lesson for beginners and it is kids friendly so that my daughter can actually pick some English and French. She did not know the word I used for "surprised" in French so I am glad I made the video.

I used my faber castell watercolor for my illustrations (affiliated link). I am a beginner but I absolutely love my faber castell pencils I have regular ones as well I hope to improve my skills this year so I am not sure about drawing with my tablet yet and the future of this blog.

I want to thanks people who supported me again, I know I look emotionnal in my last videos but a lot is happenning.

幼稚園へ行かない：問題。Elle ne va pas à la maternelle : problème. She is not going to preschool : problem.

午後は大きい子もいるんですが小さい子がいていも普通に楽しんでいます。

L'après-midi il y a des grands aussi mais même quand il y a des petits elle s'amuse bien.

In the afternoon there are big kids too but even when there are small kids she is enjoying herself.

幼稚園へ行かない。Elle ne va pas à la maternelle. She is not going to preschool.

Ma fille a trois ans et non elle ne va pas à la maternelle au Japon.

My daughter is three years old and she does not go to the japanese preschool.

Mini-chan m'a dit "Je fais le spectacle!" Et ça a duré une bonne partie de la soirée! Elle s'est bien amusée.

Mini-chan said to me "I make a show!" And it lasted a good part of the evenning!  she had a lot of fun!

 Mini-chan était tellement surprise aussi! C'était des fan de Momoiro clover! Il y avait des femmes aussi mais quelle surprise!

 NETFLIX n'a pas de pub et j'adore ça! Les pubs sur Youtube sont du pays où l'on est et mqintenant qu'il y a 3 rayons de soleil ils poussent les pubs de blanchiement de peau beurk!

NETFLIX does not have any commercial and I love it! Youtube's commercial aere country based. And now that there is 3 ray of sun in spring they push skin whitenning ads! Eww no thanks!
